I've been using it for over a year now. The pressure is stronger than a cordless one I tried. The heat is a great feature as well. My friends bought the same one after trying out mine.

Worked better then I thought

I am not a fan of getting a massage as I find it very uncomfortable. This device allows me to apply as much pressure and for the amount of time I desire. The heat function is useless as far as I am concerned as I only require some "kneading" of my back muscles for which this does a great job. I have used it on my thighs too. As far as effectiveness goes, I am not sure as I do not feel immediate relief but I did not expect to and I incorporated other exercises into my routine to help alleviate any muscle pains. The power cord is long enough for me but I keep a small extension cord nearby just in case it is needed. It is also a bit bulky to store but this is expected for what it is.

I couldn’t help it so I’m gonna stop pouting and change this rating from one to a three maybe four. 🤣🤣 we will see what happens when the new one gets here! 🚨🚨IT QUIT AFTER 6 MONTHS!!!🚨🚨It was so amazing this helped me feel so warm and relaxed on so many occasions. I am so torn on buying another because I feel 6 months isn’t enough life! I need this in my life PLEASE so much stress relief!!!!

This massager really does a great job, comes with a car adapter, and good features. But what really stands out to me about this seller is the customer service. They are incredibly responsive about questions and issues. I'd highly recommend them, and plan to shop their store for our next similar purchase.

I bought this fully skeptical of any type of decent massage therapy. I turned it on and ran it for HOURS on various parts of my back and neck! I used until my muscles were sore. I could pull harder on the straps to get deeper pressure. I could move the massager slightly left or right to pinpoint specific muscles in my back. My sister used it and we are considering purchasing for our adult kids. Best. Purchase. Yet. This was cheaper than a massage and I can use it over and over!

I feel no heat. The pulsing massager is too vigorous to be used without pain. Cannot determine if controls are working, no lights. Anyway, not a useful item.

I bought this message last month, and I want the seller to know that you should not sell this product that breaks down within a month. Don't buy this product if you must go through customer service to get your money back. See the picture and the video that is attached. I understand it is not a very expensive product, but I should at least be able to use it for six months. I bought a massager on Amazon a couple of years ago, and it was not that expensive. I used it for 4 years for only 40 dollars. This is the worst out of all. Don’t buy this. However, I contacted the seller, and they returned my money, so I am giving them 3 stars.

Loving this so much I bought one for a friend! I love that its portable and not as big and bulky as my other back massager. Definitely happy with the purchase. I've added an update to this now I've had it a while, I would definitely buy this again, you can use it in more places than just your shoulders, you can move it around for your back or legs anywhere that is aching. Overall I'm really happy with it and would definitely buy again if needed.

I saw someone reviewing this on a TV programme & was I little reluctant, that reluctant in fact it took me to buy it for me mam as a Christmas gift. Obviously I had to test it before I wrapped it up for her & after trying it for 10 minutes I went back on Amazon & bought myself one! I struggle with massages because I have a condition called fibromyalgia & when my muscles get so tight no one has yet to ease it by hand (just a warning if you do have fibromyalgia then you need to see a qualified masseuse or check with your GP that something like this neck massager is safe to use on you). This device really gets in & ease's my muscles, you can put as little or as much pressure on yourself. It has a heat setting also which also helps your muscles relax. Overall it's well designed & sturdy, I would 100% recommend this!

Bought this for my blue collar husband. Was originally for Christmas but decided he would benefit from it now. It has honestly been working a treat I haven’t seen him in this much ease for such a long while now with all the graft he does. The massage quality is better than I can do for him, it has eased his pain and cleared so many knots in his body with the mix of massage and heat functions. We would definitely recommend and say it’s highly effective due to the above, we love the 15min saver as we are awful for forgetting to turn things off so usually waste battery life.

I thought this might help with a 'broken' neck acquired nearly fifty years ago during an industrial accident which left me quadriplegic for a couple of days. While I regained full control of my body, it has been the bane of my life ever since. For almost a decade I have used a True Back and still do. I purchased the WOQQW Shiatsu Neck and Shoulder Massager, Back Massager with Heat in the hope of finding pain relief. I tend to stay away from analgesics, even when experiencing muscle spasms. Dencorub is a goto if too uncomfortable. The massage of my neck and shoulders is enjoyable, even if for a couple of minutes. Here I have to stand up, since sitting down causes my neck to arch forward and then causes problems. However, for my mid and lower back it is great, so too with upper legs. Two criticisms are in order. It is a heavy unit and the holding straps are too short, which puts stress on my fingers, literally. Yet it has potential, even if to get rid of muscle tension, especially where there is scoliosis. I appreciate having the device as a helpful tool and in my opinion is good value. Every person's circumstances are different and no device fits all. Now I am going to investigate it lying face down to see if I can find the happy medium. A warning! Rub moisturizer over the neck and shoulders if planning a long massage...
