The media could not be loaded. I love the packaging! It's so pretty that it makes me want to take it every day! Some supplements are so big and hard to swallow. Not these. They are a capsule and not too big which makes them easy to take. The first thing I noticed was that I have no bad side effects at all. I'm actually feeling better then I was before. I used to take so many different supplements but now I don't have to. There are just so many things in this one little capsule. 24 vitamins and minerals, a whole bunch of antioxidants, ginseng! I just feel more at ease taking these. The Reservatrol is supposed to help with heart disease and cancer which both run in my family.
