I’d been using a pitbull head shaver for about 4 years but the motor started playing up and as a professional bald of over 30 years I only tend to use quality products on my dome. I’ve used Manscaped products before and was always impressed and this was down to £67. The model with the extra head did not justify the higher price tag in my opinion. Battery life seems good, no skin irritation and although nothing will get a shave as good as a wet blade, this comes really close. Definitely recommended.

Broke down after only a handful of months in use, for the price point I was really expecting it to last a lot longer, pretty disappointed. Just use a high quality razor blade on your scalp, they are much cheaper and last longer than one of these.

Bought this after trialling a cheaper one. Needless to say that it’s amazing (so far) ! Battery charge is lasting well and the cut compared to the cheaper one (£30) is miles better. Nice and smooth and take less time to shave my full head to the bone. No nicks or cuts and does what it says on the tin.

Really practical and clean. Catches 99% of hair while shaving but not great around the ears. You have to fo over areas alot too causing some ingrowns. Bit pricey for what it is

Flimsy not worth the money

Bought in September. Was impressed by how close it shaved. Did the job well. Broke by November. Head completely snapped off whilst using it. Flimsy waste of money.

I haven't used it for up to 4-5 months it has a loud noise and makes me feel uncomfortable. Im going to have to order from another brand

Shocking!!! This stopped working within 2 weeks. Terrible value for money…

The head attachment to the motor side is made of cheap plastic. Broke after only a few weeks. Could not contact seller or get a replacement head.

I can only compare this to the Remington head shaver, but it seems like night and day to me... I have been using the Remington head shaver for about a year now, and it works but it is not the best. The shave is close, but not as close as this model. More importantly, the Remington one is a bit rougher/doesn't cut as smoothly; the motors have also jammed up on me a few times. On the other hand, the Manscaped Dome Shaver is really nice. I have used it 3 to 4 times in the last month or so. It cuts closer, runs smoother, and can be held in different ways. This one I can and want to use every few days; where as the Remington one, I had to wait for one skin irritation to calm down. I got the version with only 4 blade heads, which I think is more than enough; if you are in a hurry, you might get the more expensive one... Waiting for the company to sell replacement blades for this model, so I can stock up for a few years.

Niet zoals verwacht, als je uitgaat van de reviews zou dit apparaat een topper moeten zijn maar dat gevoel/idee heb ik niet. Het voelt niet lekker aan als je met het scheerapparaat over je hoofd gaat en in de nek is het nog vervelender. Het scheer resultaat is ook niet geweldig ik heb na het scheren geen glad gevoel. Voor een stukje plastic dat ook nogal breekbaar aanvoelt is dit scheerapparaat veel te duur.
