This is easy to clean and use, but only gives a limited selection of cuts. Does not make a true julienne, just short pieces. Nice for occasional use, but not heavy duty.

This is the cheapest grater ever made. It will not cut cheese. It falls apart. The blades are covered with a blue plastic film to protect them and you can’t even get the plastic off to use the product. I bought this because I was sick of using a hand operated grater. The hand operated one is way faster then this piece of garbage!

Super time saving for grating carrots, daikon radish and other root vegetables. I already used this machine plenty of times to make shredded carrot salads, carrot and daikon radish salads for the entire week. Super easy and quick to wash and assemble once you get the hang of it. If you try to grate a lot of burdock roots or gobou, the hard fiber will get stuck and the machine will stop but it is still worth grating burdock roots too even if you have to take out the hard fiber out multiple times to restart the machine. It would b good to have a big bowl.to catch th grated veggies if you don't want to spill any of them while you are operating this machine.

I threw this in the trash after two uses. I bought it because I wanted to shred cabbage. What a joke. Way too weak for that.
