Ashwagandha Capsules 1000mg, 60 Veg

The product has the herbal benefits, potential to keep up the energy level in midst of the stress which is perfectly designed in the form of capsules and has easy intake during daily compact schedule. The packaging is just perfect as required. Thankyou!

I’ve been using these Ashwagandha capsules for a while and have had a good experience with them. The capsules are easy to swallow and having a 1000mg serving makes it simple to include in my daily routine. I prefer capsules over powders, so this format works well for me. The bottle is compact, the capsules arrived properly sealed, and there was no unnecessary fuss with the packaging. Overall, a convenient supplement with a straightforward formulation. **Happy with the purchase and would buy again.**

I ordered this last week and have been using it since then. It has definately helped me with stress management. Worth recommending it

**Title:** Convenient 2-Capsule Daily Serving, but Label Discrepancies and No Standardization Percentage **OVERALL RATING:** 3 / 5 Stars **QUICK VERDICT:** A straightforward botanical root supplement providing 500mg of Ashwagandha root per vegetarian capsule, designed as a two-capsule daily serving. While the plant-based capsules are easy to swallow, the product is held back by label inconsistencies regarding serving amounts and a lack of standardized active compound percentages. --- **INGREDIENT PROFILE & DOSING OBSERVATIONS** * **Serving Breakdown:** The front display advertises **1000mg per serving**, while the side panel clarifies that each single vegetarian capsule contains **500mg of Organic Ashwagandha Root (*Withania somnifera*)**, requiring a 2-capsule intake per day. * **Label Discrepancy:** The "Supplement Facts" table states the serving size is 2 capsules, but lists the "Amount per serving" as 500mg rather than 1000mg, creating confusing on-pack documentation. * **Extract vs. Powder Ambiguity:** The descriptive copy mentions using "pure ashwagandha root powder and extract," but the ingredient panel does not specify the exact extract ratio or standardize the bioactive percentage (such as withanolide concentration). **BOTTLE & CAPSULE PRESENTATION** * **Container:** Housed in a dark amber plastic container with an exterior protective seal over the cap. * **Supply Count:** Contains 60 vegetarian capsules, providing a standard 30-day (1-month) supply when taking the recommended 2 capsules daily. **KEY STRENGTHS (PROS)** * **Plant-Based Shells:** Uses clean vegetarian capsule shells rather than gelatin, keeping it suitable for plant-based lifestyles. * **Root-Only Source:** Utilizes pure root material without filler stems or foliage. * **Easy Swallowing:** Standard size 0 capsules that wash down comfortably with water after meals. **LIMITATIONS & USABILITY CONSIDERATIONS (CONS)** * **Confusing Panel Data:** The mismatch between the front 1000mg serving claim, the 500mg capsule statement, and the Supplement Facts table needs printing correction. * **No Bioactive Percentage Declared:** Without a guaranteed withanolide percentage or an accessible third-party batch report, potency cannot be benchmarked against standardized extracts. * **Requires 2 Capsules Daily:** Achieving the 1000mg daily target requires taking two capsules rather than a single high-density pill. **HANDS-ON ROUTINE & TIMING** * **Usage:** Best taken alongside or right after an evening meal to support regular daily wellness routines. **FINAL TAKE** A simple, accessible root powder option for beginners looking for basic daily Ashwagandha. Resolving the panel math inconsistencies and providing verified bioactive standardization would significantly improve confidence in the product.

Good

I find this product really helpful, after using it I feel more energised and good both mentally and physically.

Packaging kaafi badhiya hai aur product bhi premium feel deta hai. 60 capsules ki quantity mere liye sufficient hai agar bi-daily dosage liya jaye. Capsules bhi properly packed hain aur overall quality achi lagti hai. Ashwagandha generally stress management, relaxation, energy aur stamina support ke liye use kiya jata hai, isliye daily routine ke liye mujhe ye ek acha option laga. Sabse achi baat ye hai ki ye Organic Ashwagandha hai, toh mujhe iski quality normal/regular products ke comparison me better lagi. Price bhi quantity aur quality ke hisaab se reasonable hai. Ingredients clearly stated hain, Super easy to take. Overall packaging, capsule quality aur organic claim ki wajah se product kaafi premium feel hota hai. Abhi tak ka experience acha raha, definately worth trying.

What I like: Ingredients: Each serving provides 1000 mg of organic ashwagandha. The natural aroma and taste also feel consistent with the ingredient. Easy to take: The capsule format is convenient for daily use. Value for money: At the current price, I think it is fair value for money. I wouldn't call it the best deal, but the dosage and capsule format make the price reasonable. Things to know: Effectiveness: I've only been taking it for 2 days, so I can't honestly say whether it is effective yet. I think it needs consistent use over a longer period before judging the results. Sleep quality: I haven't noticed enough change in my sleep quality yet to say that it helps. Two days is simply too early to make that claim. Side effects: It may cause mild stomach discomfort for some people, so I prefer taking it with food rather than on an empty stomach. Pain relief: I wouldn't consider this a pain-relief supplement. It may be useful as part of a general wellness routine, but I wouldn't take it expecting quick relief from muscle aches or other pain. Not an instant-effect supplement: Any noticeable effects, if they occur, are more likely to require regular use rather than just a few doses. How I use it: I take one serving daily with food and water. Since I've only been using it for 2 days, I'm continuing it consistently before making any judgment about its effects. ✔️ Verdict: It's too early for me to comment on effectiveness or sleep quality. So far, I like the simple ingredients and convenient capsules, and I think it offers fair value for money, but not exceptional value. I also wouldn't consider it something for pain relief or expect immediate results. I need more time using it before I can give a proper opinion on its overall effectiveness.
