This product contains hydroxy propylmethyl cellulose which has side effects and I am not keen on taking it. I did not realise this in the beginning. I have read some empty the contents out of the pill to avoid taking the casing which I will do. It however will take a few months to notice any efficacy. I have to be careful as well as it contains Ashwagandha which I take seperately and I need to check the maximum daily dosage for that as I don't want to overdose on it.

I'm smack bang in the middle of the menopause and have found it really quite soul destroying - so debilitating at times, even. The worse bits are the hot flushes, my irritable mood, and such a foggy head, all of which my poor husband and children were getting the brunt of. I’m coming to the end of my first month using the menopause formula and I’m stunned at the effect it’s had on me. Within a couple of days I could feel my mood lifting significantly and I’m no longer permanently snappy. Sleep is improving and I have more concentration at work. I have found that my hot flushes have reduced to almost nothing and my energy levels and general well being are increasing. I feel better, calmer and happier. Still a way to go, and I’m looking forward to seeing how I progress!

I am in menopause, it’s been confirmed with blood tests….and unfortunately for me, I have all the horrible symptoms. It hasn’t been a pleasant journey and since my gp refuses to prescribe hrt, I’m on my own. I’ve used this supplement to top up the lemon balm, passionflower, and evening primrose oil I already take. I take one of these at 4pm and another at 9pm, and I’ve found it’s helping me sleep more than two hours at a time, and not have as many hot flashes.

Not sure of the effectiveness of this product. Plus I think I need more than a months supply to see how it helps. It’s quite expensive, but I’m sure could be helpful for some women.

I bought these women's capsules to improve my hair during menopause based on the good reviews. I have been using these capsules for 21 days, 2 capsules per day, strictly according to the instructions and have not yet felt any improvement. But three days ago I started having strange bleeding in my rectum during bowel movements. Until this moment I had no problems with my intestines. And I am 100% sure that these capsules did me harm. I hope I can get this back again. I would really like my money back.

So my sister has tried these menopause pills out as she is going through the menopause and she would recommend them. The pills themselves are quite large but are fine to consume, there is no horrible taste and as you take 2 per day this is great. The instructions and product information on the tub are good and clear. The results have been positive, she feels more energised which maybe a result from improved sleep. So overall has helped with adjusting to the change in her body. Would highly recommend.

Super produit ! Très efficace sur mes bouffées de chaleur !

Ich bin 47 und so langsam beginnen bei mir die typischen Symptome der Wechseljahre. Schlechter Schlaf, nächtliches schwitzen, leichte Schmerzen in den kleinen Gelenken, Konzentrationsstörungen, BrainFog, Haarausfall, leichte Wassereinlagerungen und leider auch Probleme etwas Gewicht zu verlieren. Meine Gynäkologin empfahl mir, falls es mich sehr belasten sollte, eine hormonelle Therapie. Ich wollte allerdings erstmal etwas "sanfteres" versuchen und hab im Internet ein bisschen recherchiert und bin auf dieses Präparat gestoßen. Inositol ist das erste Präparat was ich diesbezüglich nehme. Es beinhaltet sehr viele Inhaltsstoffe die eine Verbesserung der oben genannten Symptome versprechen. Ich konnte noch kein ähnliches Präparat finden was eine Art "all in one" ist. Hier vereinen sich Myo- und D-chiro-Inositol mit Ashwaganda, Ginkgo, Ginseng, Maca ect, und es enthält außerdem B-Vitamine und Vitamin C und D, Zink und Eisen. Alles was für eine gute Frauengesundheit von Vorteil sein soll ist hier sehr komfortabel vereint. Ich nehme es erst seit 4 Wochen, kann aber subjektiv schon eine Verbesserung spüren was das Schlafen und das nächtliche schwitzen betrifft. Ich bilde mir ein, das auch die Konzentration etwas besser geworden ist. Für alle anderen Dinge kann ich abschließend noch nichts sagen, werde aber meine Bewertung in ein paar Monaten diesbezüglich ergänzen. Hier noch ein paar kurze Fakten zu den Kapseln: - die Einnahme besteht aus 2 Kapseln/Tag, die entweder zum Frühstück oder Abendessen genommen werden sollen. (Ich habe die Einnahme für mich etwas angepasst und nehme jeweils 1 Kapsel morgens und 1 Kapsel am Abend) - Die Kapseln lassen sich für mich gut schlucken und sind nicht zu groß, mit ausreichend Wasser sollte es für niemanden ein Problem sein, ich habe aber auch generell keine Probleme damit Tabletten jedlicher Art runter zu schlucken. - die Kapseln sind völlig geschmacksneutral, sofern man sie nicht unnötig lange im Mund behält. Auch später konnte ich keinen Nachgeschmack feststellen. - in den ersten Tagen der Einnahme hab ich etwas vermehrt Blähungen gehabt, dies gab sich aber recht zügig wieder. - der Kundendienst steht übrigens auch bei sämtlichen Fragen sehr freundlich zur Verfügung, was nicht immer selbstverständlich ist. Im Moment kann ich Inositol bei leichten Wechseljahrbeschwerden guten Gewissens weiter empfehlen, ich hoffe das es nach etwas längerer Anwendung auch bei den anderen Symptomen zu einer Verbesserung kommt.
