Customer service was great. I had a problem and they were very quick to respond and help me. They are consistently striving to make a quality product for a reasonable price. They pay attention and take action to improve their products where needed. The extension arms allow for better placing in a car without causing blind spots to the driver. You can maneuver into many positions, and the button for tightening and releasing is easy to get phone in and out of it. Never had an issue with my phone falling out, and am able to position it safely for driving.

I very rarely write a review on products. But this one definitely deserves a review. I have to have a phone holder in my car. If not, it drives me insane. This is the best one I have ever purchased. I love how solid and sturdy that it is. And it is easy to put your phone in and take your phone out. Definitely worth the money.

Since I preferred the dashboard placement, they offered to send me a free adhesive pad right away. The pad arrived in three days, and it was easy to apply. I’m SO happy with this phone holder. The suction is by far the best I’ve found. This is my third purchase of a phone holder for in my car and it’s by far better than the ones I had previously purchased for more money. It holds HEAVY phones! I have an iPhone 16 pro max and it’s heavy with the case on, but it’s no match for this amazing phone holder. My phone fits and it’s adjustable for all phone sizes. Unfortunately my phone is too heavy and awkward to turn it sideways, but upright is fine. I can’t say enough because now I’m safe from looking off the road when following gps.

The company reached out to me when I left a bad review. I explained to them and they offered to send me another one for free which they did. The product is absolutely great.
