This power bank is fantastic. I carry this daily as a backup to charge my phone, tablet or any device. It's held enough charge to charge my phone multiple times and is small enough to carry in my backpack. It has a USB port and 2 USB C ports for faster charging. The product also comes with a small fabric carry case and USB C to C cable to either charge the power bank or to use on any device. The small button on the front also gives an estimate of how much charge is left when charging with blue led lights. It's a solid, well built product that feels very safe. It is fairly heavy but no issues with carrying as it is easily portable. I have dropped it a couple of times and it has survived brilliantly. Great product and worth the money as you are buying the quality that Anker is guaranteed to provide.

I have been using this powerbank for a little over 2 years now and it's still working perfectly well. It outputs 65w, so you are able to charge up a laptop or a tablet with no problems, provided it's a lower power device like a MacBook or a thin and light Windows laptop, and not a gaming laptop. With a few presses of the power button, you can also force the powerbank to stay on, for devices that require such little wattage that the powerbank turns itself off automatically - you will know it's activated when the green light stays on. The powerbank does take absolutely forever to charge, but that's to be expected with how huge the capacity is. I saw a one star rating that claimed the capacity is incorrect because on the rear bottom of the device, the mAh is lower than advertised. That's because this rating is completely useless to gauge the capacity of any battery, since it's only one part of the overall equation (voltage + amps = wattage). This is easily missed if you weren't paying attention in secondary school science lessons. The watt hours (the important metric) is 88.56, which is massive - bigger than many laptop batteries. For comparison sake, an iPhone 16 Pro Max has 18.17 Wh, which gives you around 4 charges including the efficiency loss.

Overall, I’m pretty happy with this device, but it does seem quite a few people have reliability issues with it, but a lot also don’t understand the capacity. It is very well labelled with all the information on the underside I’ll start with the negatives. The build quality isn’t the best. It sort of looks and feels nice, but it is actually pretty cheap and scratch prone plastic that has been used, and the button on mine has next to no feedback and is really mushy. Compared to my old anker power banks, the button feels very poor. I also expected it to have 8 LEDs to show the rough battery percentage, but it just has 4 that don’t go all the way round the circle, so that is another area where it’s not as good as my old anker power banks. It just looks like it is missing the rest. But that’s pretty much it for the main negatives. Although, I will also add that it is a bit of a shame that this can’t charge recharge at 65w, unlike many devices it can charge, as well as several other brands that make a similar power bank. It also has a lack of type A USB ports for older devices, but it’s easy to get adapters to do the job from the other ports. On to the positives, it is as described or better, which I find to be quite unusual with electronics these days! Some reviewers have got mixed up with the numbers on the back stating it it 4800mAh. It literally states right after it says that “ *5pcs ”. This means that there are 5 individual batteries that are 4800mAh each. This can be seen on the picture attached. So, if you times that by 5, you get exactly 24,000mAh, which is what it advertises itself as. But this will be what the capacity is at 3.7v, which is not what it charges at. Although it doesn’t say what type of batteries it uses, most power banks use 3.7v 18650 batteries. This will be what this uses, as if you times the voltage by 5 for each battery, you get 18.5v. The device itself states the total battery capacity is 4800mAh at 18.45v, which is close enough to be correct. The bit where people get confused (including myself years ago) is that the capacity is much smaller when the device battery and charging voltage is higher. As the device states on the back, at 5v (which is the typical voltage for USB), it is 14000mAh. With my Acer laptop, it charges at the rate shown (20V, 3.3A. 65W from either USB C port )and when the laptop is off, it manages to charge it from empty to full with a tiny bit of power to spare. When I do this, my USB meter says the capacity was just over 4000mAh, which given it was charging at this voltage, makes sense. In terms of recharging, from flat, it does begin only charging at 12v around 1.7A and 20watts, which is possibly the stage some others tested the charging speed at. Once it is a little over 25% full, it jumps up to what I show in the picture, which is actually a higher charging rate than advertised. (20V, 1.7V, 35w) I have 3 PD capable chargers that I have tried recharging this with. 2 from random brands from amazon, and one from Ugreen. All are capable of 65w charging or higher, and charge this power bank faster than advertised, which is impressive. Although I'm unsure, it probably starts off at a slower rate related to efficiency for the battery to aid the long term health. To do an accurate test of the capacity at 5V, I've often tested power banks using a USB fan which is a very low power device. With this power bank fully charged, powering the fan, it lasted for a couple of days and the capacity was slightly over 14000mAh. That is higher than the manufacturer states and they clearly use very good batteries. The only reason to deduct a star is that the button is progressively seeming to feel worse, which just isn’t very reassuring. Otherwise it is the best power bank I’ve had.

I bought this charger to charge my MacBook Air M1. It does this exceptionally well, it seems to reliably to charge it and quickly too. Yes, it's a lot bigger than other chargers I've owned but it needs to be big to supply the power. Not many bells and whistles but I like that as there is a lot less to go wrong. I charged my MacBook Air from 10% to 80% and still had 50% charge showing on the battery bank. Although I do not know how accurate that was. It does the job I bought it for perfectly.

Anker is my go to for power banks, chargers and cables these days. Their customer service is excellent if there is a problem, and their products are well built and I find of higher quality than most of the competition in the same price bracket. This item was purchased for when I go away on holiday and need something to power my phone several times, my iPad, and even my MacBook if I really needed to. It charges up pretty quickly over a couple hours (with a PD charger which is sold separately). Overall very happy and has lasted me a couple years to date

The good stuff first: Comes with 2 cables, 1 for old style mobile phones/tablets and the other is usb C. Doesn't come with a power plug, so works in any country, but equally, for this price I thought it would come with a power adapter. Finally, doesn't charge anything else while it is charging. So that's just weird. So you have to unplug the power in, to get the power out. And it doesn't sense this itself, so you have to re-plug in the other devices. The manual is short and barely adequate.

De Powerbank is van goede kwaliteit en laad snel op. Het opladen van je telefoon gaat ook snel. Ik heb gekozen voor dit merk omdat in het gezin deze ook al lange tijd in gebruikt is en ze zijn erg tevreden hierover.

Excellent portable power supply, but relatively heavier comparing to other products. It fully charges my iphone pro max even when there is only 1 dot remaining

Ordered power bank with 24,000 mAh battery capacity. Received power bank with 4,800 mAh battery capacity. Soo... 75% less capacity then advertised, sure hope I get 75% refund. Feeling pretty annoyed and ripped off by Anker.

This power bank can deliver max 65w can charge laptop. 3 port - 2 type C and one type A. Premium feel and polycarbonate built. Can give actual battery juice of around 16000 mAh. For laptop charging it is a good option.

Pls. ANKER tell me why it doesnt charge?? For the first time you failed... 😔😔😔
