Are these the dwarf variety or full size growth

They’re dwarf and grow slowly in my garden. I think better to plant them first in the pot and then eventually in the ground.

Well... i planted them few months ago and they hardly changed the size. What I found out they are max size about up to 1m tall, one of them liflet says 2 m!
