It comes with a little scoop and dissolves well in water. It's a strongly flavored, artificial strawberry mix, very sweet with a stevia extract, looking and tasting like amped-up Crystal Lite. It's quite drinkable as long as you drink it quickly, as the fiber sludge accumulates/settles on the bottom as you wait. This product seems to cause some gas issues for me, which isn't ideal as it is supposed to help relieve gas/bloating problems. Also, the price per serving is quite high compared to other brands.

This is not good stuff. If you actually need help for your digestion. It won't help you. It constipated me and made my stomach hurt bad. It's not as good as it says. Not appetite suppressant. Doesn't help your energy level. I regret buying it and throwing 39.00 away. Very dissapointed.
