What temperture should i keep my water for guppies ?

Maybe 70-74 F. Mine is set at 74 and they are doing good.

I would like to start a fresh water aquarium but my well water has too much iron oxide. What chemicals do I need to clear this problem up?

First use an iron test kit to know how much is in the water. Then use either a tap water ionizing filter on you faucet. Or you can use a water conditioner, sold fo aquarium use, called NoVaqua.

If they come dead will they be replaced?

Mine all arrived alive and well. I am certain if your fish arrive sick or dead, they will be replaced.
