Bought this as a gift for my boyfriend and immediately had to get another one for my stepdad because it worked so well. This meat resting bag does exactly what it’s supposed to do; keeps meat warm, juicy, and perfectly rested after coming off the grill. I picked up this 21" BBQ Blanket for resting smoked meats, and it absolutely delivered. I used it on a rack of smoked ribs and it kept them perfectly warm for a little over an hour with no problem. The insulation really does its job — the ribs were still hot and juicy when I sliced into them. I did get a little bit of juice on the inside, but cleanup was incredibly easy. A quick wipe with a paper towel and it looked good as new. No staining, no lingering smell, nothing. I bought this bag for my husband last year for Father's Day. He has used it a lot over the last year and is very pleased with it. It allows his meats to rest and stay warm. It is also easy to clean. He loves it so much we have ordered one for our brother in law who is an avid meat smoker. He is also impressed with it.

Worked great, but our meat leaked and got on the outside. You have to be very careful wrapping it.

Used this after a 24-hour smoke to let our brisket rest overnight, and it worked great. It kept the brisket warm until the next morning, and it turned out to be one of the most tender briskets we’ve made by far. Very impressed with how well it held the heat. Great product for anyone serious about BBQ.
