Hello, the scent is natural cedar wood - not over powering, very nice & not artificial.

How is the smell? I want it mainly to give a good natural smell to my wardrobe.

I have used this product for years annually and with good effect. (no moths) No real smell at all, I use them with underwear and delicate fabrics. It will give a "natural smell" to where it is being used. Most wardrobes are wood and this is no different.
