First time eating tiger nuts. Is it supposed to be crunchy? It crunches as if I were chewing glass, or sand.

Tigernuts naturally have that texture, they dont have the smoothness of nuts/seeds. We try to make it as smooth as we can but there will always be a little grit.

Think this can mix with pistachios so i can have a decent serving of pistachio spread to fit in my fodmap parameters? see a gastro before trying alone
