Came assembled ready to use. Just fill it with water and plug it in. Looks great and sounds great. Absolutely beautiful piece and very calming.

We have had this water fountain for several days now and found it's esthetic value exactly what we were looking for. It seems to be very well made and assembly was very straight forward and no problem at all. We used seperate remote controlled switches for turning the lights & fountain pump on & off, as there may be times when you don't want the lights on. We highly recommend this product. Longevity remains to be seen for us as we have only had it for a few days.

It was nice while it worked, the light at the top stopped working, and the replacement part did not fit. So now I have a fountain that will go into the dumpster.

Love our fountain. We chose to have our fountain indoors to bring in humidity. So far it increased by 4%. My plants love it. The sound of water is calming and the pump is not too loud.

The product was delivered in a timely manner. However, once package opened and assessed there were several areas that were damaged, there was an missing part as well as an area with two small protruding bumps that are situated on the front of the item that was very noticeable. As well, the item emitted a very foul strong chemical scent. Several reps from Amazon tried to assist me but the most efficient and effective was Eduardo. He was patient , listened and took time to email my exact concerns to Sunliuna. The company Sunlinua, although this product was not of the quality I expected, I am grateful to Emily with their customer service team responded to my concerns not only in a timely manner but with kindness and care. Ruby was also instrumental in correcting the situation. The company has shown that customer satisfaction is first and foremost. Their reputation, product quality and brand is what they stand by. This in itself is what will make me a return customer and without hesitation recommend their products to friends and colleagues.
