I read sooooo many reviews before purchasing this steamer, my eyes were crossing. The reviews were so split that it made it difficult to make a decision. After almost purchasing a better known brand, I decided to buy this one due to its size, water capacity and the handle. This little thing is a beast. I’ve seen negative reviews about this one as well, but thus far I’m impressed. It holds a lot of water - a little over 1.5 quarts, or 1.6L. Fill it from the top, and empty it from the bottom. With the water reservoir full, I was able to clean the stove and hood (it works FANTASTIC on grease) 3 padded floor mats, 4 glass front cabinets and the tile behind the stove. This used up about half of the water I started with, so no stopping to refill. It works perfect on my glass shower door as well. I’ve also used it to steam my couch and my throw pillows which left them all smelling so fresh and so clean clean. A bit about the mechanics of the steamer. Once turned on via the handle, it takes seconds to heat up. The handle allows for three steam adjustments from low to high. A little water will spit out first so be aware of that, but the steam comes next and it’s on! As you see in the video, it really words fast and removes the need for scrubbing, which I absolutely cannot stand!! I cleaned that mat in RECORD TIME! It took all of 5-7 minutes to steam and wipe it down. I didn’t even need the brush attachment for this. I like the handle/hose combination. Unlike that little “green” steamer, I’m not holding the weight of the water while trying to clean. I turned it off a few times while cleaning, and when turned back on the steam comes back up rather quickly. The steamer is quite small compared to other models, which is great for storage, and it’s very lightweight, even when full of water. The steam is consistent and powerful enough to clean the worst grease and grime. The hose is long enough so that the steamer can sit on the counter and I can reach almost up to the ceiling with the handle. The power cord is generous as well, but I do use an extension cord to move all around a room without needing to change outlets. I like all of the attachments - there are 16 in total -and find them to be useful for many different applications, some of which I’m still figuring out. I’ll probably find myself streaming my outdoor furniture and curtains, sanitizing my puppy’s bed and toys and so much more. Would be nice if it came with a little storage bag, but I’ll use the box for now. Seriously, It makes me less bitter about cleaning, because I know it will be quicker and easier with better results. I won’t need as much elbow grease anymore. Overall, I feel I made the right choice with this one, and I got it on a limited time deal to boot. I feel like it is a good deal for the price, but I’m hoping this holds up over time and usage. I’m giving a rare 5 stars explained below. My Stars Explained 5 - Like finding money in your old coat pocket - pure joy! 4 - Almost perfect - like a pizza with just one missing topping. 3 - Like a movie that’s just okay—neither a blockbuster nor a total flop 2 - Like a blind date that went horribly wrong - cringeworthy. 1 - Like stepping on a Lego in the dark - painful.

This steam cleaner works really well and heats up fast. The steam is strong enough to clean grout, tile, and greasy spots without using harsh chemicals. I like that the water tank is large enough to clean for a while before needing a refill, and the extra attachments make it useful around the house. Overall, it's a great cleaner for the price.

I so much wanted to love this, but I don’t! It works only on level 1 and will steam for about 1 minute, then it stops steaming, dribbles out a lot of water, and then starts steaming again. If I put it on 2 or 3 is just steams for 5 seconds and stops, even if I turn it back down to 1 it doesn’t start steaming again. I have to turn it off and back on. With that said, when it did actually work, it really cleaned my tile grout very well, but it’s not worth the hassle. What would be a 10 minute job turns into 30 minutes because of all the stopping and reheating to get the steam going again. I would have LOVED to return this and get my money back, but it does NOT show up as available to return, which makes me think they know the product doesn’t work right and want to keep your money instead of being an honest business.

This steam cleaner is honestly one of the best cleaning tools I’ve purchased. It comes with several useful attachments that make it very versatile for different areas around the house, including bathrooms, kitchen surfaces, floors, grout, and even hard-to-reach spots. The size is compact enough to store easily, but it still delivers strong cleaning performance with powerful steam pressure. I also like that it’s lightweight and easy to carry around while cleaning. The attachments were simple to switch out, and the machine heated up pretty quickly. For the value for money, I definitely feel like I got a great deal because it performs just as well as more expensive brands I’ve seen. Overall, this cleaner makes deep cleaning faster, easier, and more satisfying. Definitely recommend!

Gets the job done. Steam is very hot, has a long cord, is light to carry and easy to use. Pressure is good, wish it were a little more, but overall good for a little household steamer.

I LOVE this thing - I was hesitant because I’d heard horror stories of having to refill the water constantly or that it would overheat before I could finish. I’ve never had that problem and it has changed the game on cleaning hard to scrub surfaces. I had a cabinet that stored corn syrup, maple syrups, molasses and various oils that I had scrubbed with dawn dish soap, hot water, and then I scrubbed it again with an SOS pad - took a pic when I was done, then took a pic after the steamer and it was AMAZING. Also used it on my railing that hadn’t been thoroughly cleaned in 10+ years. Pics attached! Highly recommend 👏👏👏

This steamer was great at first but now it spurts water from where the batteries are located in the handle. The water was so hot it burned my hand thankfully it was minor. I had to drop the handle because it too, got severely hot. I’ll look further to see if I can get a refund or a replacement.

As good as the product is, so also is the after-sales service. When I received the steam cleaner, I discovered a missing attachment. I contacted the company, and after explaining the problem, I was told that the factory would be sending me the missing part. And true to their word, I did receive the missing part in less than two weeks. And the steam cleaner is a nifty machine and easy to use and quick to generate steam. It was a good purchase for me. LTC.
