Why is this for ages 4plus

I purchase one for my 3yr and 6yr old grandsons. There is no buttons or strings which would harm them. The bears are very soft and my grandsons loved them. The constitution is very good.I would think the bears would hold up pretty good five children of all ages to play with.

Is it machine washable?

I washed it before I gave to my Grandaughter and it came out just fine.

Is the 14 inches sitting height or standing height?
