The product is very good and too long .. Good product to get..

the 1st thing I did check that the packaging was brand new and there is no tear mark on the package because nowadays the delivery of the amazon is under unreliability. the package was good. the overall built quality of the product is appropriately good. the material of the air bed is good, but there is little bit suspicion about the heat pasting between two air channel. In the long term it has to checked of its actual built because at a first glance every new product seems good. the process of installation is quite easy. but there is no proper guide how to use the circular patch and use the tube because there is no clear instruction about the use of the tubed material whether it is any liquid to clear the surface or to glue the patch to any damaged site. they were not providing any warranty if it is bought from e-commerce site other than Amazon and it was not written CLEARLY on the product description, it is not a good thing. I am at the 2nd day of using the product so I need a little more time to properly give a strong review. .

Don't buy Dr. Trust products, they are far from the name that they have kept. It's just not trustworthy. Under 2 weeks the product was leaking and stopped working. Contacted the Amazon customer service, but they were equally pathetic. Several customer service agents disappeared the chat and on call gave false promises. The senior manager also didn't wanted to take the responsibility of a product which the has no warranty. The company claimed it's non leakable but it did leak from several places in very less time. Note that it is a costly product than other products displayed. The number the customer service provided is non functional. Amazon is not what it was. They are getting such deceptive and low grade vendors and then not giving any resolution to the customers and expect customers to contact the company by themselves. It's a big waste of money and time. Shame on you Amazon for such miserable service.

It started developing a hole just 2 months after using it. So durability seems to be an issue. But it could be just me. Overall quality looked fine. And it functions well.

Working fine. Noiseless and serves the purpose. Durable ofcourse patient has to be necessarily shifted/rolledover every 2 hours to avoid bed sores. Reduces the impact of pressure points. But turning over is mandatory.
