It’s a super thing to have in the winterg
It is a Norwegian Staple with all the extra vitamins etc I was brought up with it, you do get used to the oily fishy taste, but to make it easier take a teaspoon of the oil in your mouth & before swallowing take a small mouthful off any breakfast juice that you normally have and swallow both together it makes it more palatable ( If you are prone to boaking please take care or just swallow the oil the taste is very light but it’s good to keep you healthy

Desde que lo incorporamos a nuestra rutina, he notado que ambos somos mucho menos propensos a enfermarnos, especialmente durante las temporadas de gripes y resfriados. Es un suplemento de excelente calidad, con un sabor neutro que lo hace fácil de tomar incluso para los niños. Además, el aporte de vitaminas A, D y E es un plus muy valioso.
