Where is the button to change modes? I only see the power button.

After it’s on, press the power button without holding down. That should change the modes.

Does it have a vibrate mode too?

No, our scalp massage does not have vibrate mode. It can massage your different body parts, such as legs, hands, shoulders, neck, etc by rotating the massage head.
