So far, amazing
My previous roborock was old, kinda stupid, kept getting stuck but was doing an acceptable job of collecting some dust and pet hair. So, I didn't know what to expect of the saros 10. Just mapping the house - getting into tiny spaces and above ledges without hesitation was a revelation. Didn't get stuck once. I have a compacted space with lots of things. Cleaning performance (both vaccuming and mopping) is crazy in comparison with the older model. Won't replace some manual vacuuming in certain impossible corners, but it's 95% there! Now just wondering about longevity. Let's see The only thing I hope for right now is that store will provide consumables and spares here on amazon.ae, not feeling like exploring Aliexpress for that

Multiple hardware failures in 10 months – Roborock refuses to repair
The Product Issues: I purchased the Saros 10 on 28 May 2025, and by mid-March 2026, it began experiencing major hardware failures: Error 61 (LDS Sensor): The vacuum lowers the sensor but cannot raise it back up. It makes a loud grinding noise and completely stops mid-session. Docking Station Failure: The "auto-empty" feature is now useless. There is a massive delay before it starts, and the suction is so weak that it fails to empty the dust bin. I have to clean it manually every single time. The Support Experience: I reported these issues on 27 March 2026. Despite being under warranty, Roborock has refused to repair the unit. Instead, they offered a 55% refund. For a premium robot vacuum to fail in less than a year is bad enough, but for the company to expect the customer to eat 45% of the cost for a defective product is unacceptable. They are essentially walking away from their warranty obligations. Verdict: The "automation" features on this model are clearly not built to last, and the company’s warranty is a facade. I now have an expensive machine that can’t navigate or empty itself.

Amazing buy.
I had the S8 max v ultra and developed issues with tank emptying. I had a smooth return within the warranty period thanks to amazon and seller. I got the saros 10 and am so happy with the device. Spotless cleaning and hassle free. However this is supposed to go under furniture but i don't see it going under though. A good buy and I recommend getting it.

Side brush issue in less then a week
I do not recommended to buy this version of Roborock, I gave a chance despite of some issues that was described in reviews and it was wrong decision. In less then a week side brush stopped working( due to quality of cleaning I think it was not working from the very beginning, but message I started to receive later). Now I am talking with support to figure out what to do next and it seems that it couldn’t be solved on my own… totally disappointment

Product stopped working after 10 days
Product was working fine until all of a sudden Robot gave an error "Unable to communicate with Dock, please clean the sensor" I reported this to [email protected] (with pics/videos) and connected with seller also where they suggested to follow troubleshooting steps to resolve the issue which did not work after several attempts. Eventually I am returning this product and will be issued a refund. Since I purchased this product with promotional offer and new price is much higher, Amazon gave an option to get the difference in gift card which is not a small amount, I mean how you would prefer getting a gift card worth AED 1500 where getting it deducted on a purchase price is more preferable and obvious option. This disappoints where a Buyer is ok to purchase the product again but due to policies/ troubleshooting end user is left helpless.

It didn't last long.
I bought Saros 10 back in February 2025, right when it came out with no reviews. But, after seven months, the side brush got stuck with clicking noises. The vacuum still cleans well, but I'd suggest getting rotating pads instead of vibrating ones, since they mop better in my other vacuum. (Yes I replaced Saros 10 with new different brand)

Considerations for pet owners
If you have multiple pets and numerous toys with strings on the floor, the Saros10 robot might not be the best option, as it tends to get caught in the strings. This aspect may not meet expectations for some users. .
