This is a good D3 + K2 supplement with MCT from coconut. In the winter months when there is less sunshine, I find it helpful to take a supplement such as this to help promote better energy. Consuming this supplement had the desired effect of reducing the tired feeling I get during the darker months and helped me feel more energized and motivated. Being in liquid form wasn’t quite as convenient as a capsule, but it worked well enough and made it plenty easy to consume. It may not be as potent as some others, but I found it to be sufficient.The supplement is a liquid and comes in a transparent brown jar with a metal screw on cap. After opening, it is advised to refrigerate the supplement. It is also recommended to shake it up, as it tends to settle, which you can see as it separates out. It doesn’t take a ton of shaking, but still some good shaking to get it mixed up.The orange cream flavor is pretty good and I found it rather enjoyable. The consistency is thicker, like a cough medicine, but it certainly tastes better. In fact, I found it to be good enough that I wouldn’t mind if a serving was more than a single teaspoon. There are roughly 95 servings in a single jar, which is plenty to last a while or be shared among the family. Given the number of servings, I think it is a pretty good value.

This great producer has a variety of great benefits, including giving a boost to your brain and immunity health! There are no foul smells with this and it tastes REALLY GOOD!!Taste is not something that I really think. Too much of. Unless it’s a really terrible. I figured if it’s needed, the benefits out with the taste factor. I’ve treated myself and my family members with herbs for almost 4 decades now. Well, I know that my body requiring vitamins and herbs is because my diet is not sufficient, but I am very grateful for the benefits that come from these natural products.I believe if you get this item, you will not be disappointed, it is pretty straightforward and exactly as the item is posted.Here is my honest opinion on this item:Excellent - If I absolutely love the product and it exceeds my expectation, I will actively suggest the product to my friends and would purchase it again myself as needed.Less than Excellent - I really like this item and it does what the seller claims it would do. I would more than likely recommend it to someone if I knew they were looking for that product.Sub Standard- This item is standard and for the most part does exactly what they say it does, but I would specify any differences. There may be things about a three star rating that I don’t like about the product. If I knew someone were looking for that specific item and I recommend it to them, I would also share with them the reservations that I have.Not so great - I take low ratings seriously. I also take seriously issues with items after you have spent good money on them. In this case, I would probably never recommend anything that I would rate two stars on, in fact, I would probably warn people so they would shy away from buying this item.You might want to find something else - It takes some serious issues to get a one star review from me. Really great vitamin d liquid supplement. The flavor is fine but the ingredients are amazing. I’m vitamin d deficient so adding this to my diet is very beneficial. Smells amazing so I’m not gagging. I take one teaspoon and chase with water.

This is important to me as I want to ensure I'm getting the full benefits of the supplement to maintain my vitamin D3 levels. Another advantage of the liquid form is the ease of adjusting the dosage. I can easily add as much or as little to my shakes to get my desired amount, which offers more flexibility than pre-dosed capsules.The inclusion of vitamin K2 is a bonus. Although it has become pretty standard in vitamin D3 supplements, it's still a welcome addition. The presence of sorbic acid as a preservative, while a chemical, is a naturally derived one, and I appreciate that it's not a fully synthetic preservative.

It's tasty. It's a nice bottle and label. It goes down smooth (with a bit of oily feeling.) Is it the best way to get vitamin D? I don't know. But for the price it is hard to recommend vs other forms unless it can really be shown to absorbed more efficiently or otherwise better.
