spin cycle does not work
it works great for washing and rinsing, but wouldnt count on the spin cycle to wring out the water. I'm still happy with the product for my smaller things. My partner found the noise a little annoying, which is a little high pitched, but I usually leave it in the bath tub while it's running and it hasn't bothered me too much.

Not what I had hoped
I can only fit like two small things in the drum and the basket keeps coming out.

Terrible quality! Broke after only a few uses!
I bought this mini washer just 7 months ago, and I’ve used it less than 15 times. Now it doesn’t even spin or turn on when plugged in. The warranty is only 3 months, which is ridiculous for something that stops working so soon. Very poor quality — don’t waste your money on this!

As long as you go into this with the correct expectations you will like it. It is great for socks and underwear. I wouldn't try it with big towels or jeans.
