I picked up this rotating butane torch lighter mainly for my meat-smoking setup, and it’s turned out to be a great tool. The 0–90° adjustable head makes it easy to reach awkward angles inside my smoker or light wood chunks evenly without having to contort my wrist. The flame is strong and steady, and the adjustable dial gives me fine control over the intensity—perfect for searing or getting a quick, even light on charcoal. The safety lock feels solid, and I appreciate that it’s refillable rather than disposable. The grip is comfortable and the overall build has a sturdy feel despite being lightweight. I also like that it stands upright on its base when not in use, which helps keep things tidy and safe around my work area. If there’s one thing I’d tweak, it’s the refill window, it’s a bit hard to see how much butane is left. Other than that, this torch delivers exactly what I need for my BBQ hobby and more.

I've had this a couple months now and I can honestly say, it's outstanding. Best torch I've ever had, and I use it every day, 7 days a week, and it works perfectly every time. If I had to make a complaint, it would be that the flame adjustment range should be adjusted downwards just a bit, the lowest setting is still pretty agressive, and there are times when you need a weaker flame that doesn't blow everything away before it catches fire, lol. But that's an issue easily dealt with. If this one ever fails, I hope they still make them because I will buy another. Well worth the cost.

Pretty well made torch. The nozzle has about 4 different angle settings. Filled it with butane and it works fine. This will come in handy.

I purchased this to add a brûlées top to desserts. I am a baker, not a handy-woman, and I purchased a lesser product a year ago-and it was never used, because I was not able to successfully fill the butane reservoir. This product arrived assembled, and the instructions made filling fuel very easy. The flame is adjustable, as is the head…which is very handy. The quality is substantial-great quality metal, but not heavy or awkward to handle. It’s already gotten lots of use, and it’s definitely going to be used often.

This works better than I expected. I hoped it would work at least as well as a butane lighter you buy at a gas station, and it far exceeded that. It lights easily and has a pretty big flame if you want it to. The adjustable head made it easier to light fires in my firepit in the back yard (especially if the kindling stack needed a little more help to get going in bad weather). It also has a comfortable grip. It's on the larger size, so for someone with big hands this was a plus. You can lock the flame either on or off (which is good for prolonged flame or storage when traveling).

This torch is awesome! It works great for what I need (3d printer parts finishing). Refilling it was super easy using a regular butane can. The extra adapters weren't necessary for me, but they could be useful for others. I wish it had a fuel level indicator, but that's my only critique. I really like the orange color, and that the torch head rotates, which is super handy. The flame is easy to control and gets hot enough for my work, plus it's comfortable to hold.

I love this torch. I wanted to replace the cocktail torch I received with my Old Fashioned Smoker kit I bought on Amazon. The kit has worked well, but the torch that came with it was a little sub-par. The weak flame that it produced did not work as well as it should when using the smoker on our bourbon glasses. My friend has a different kit and his torch was better and made more smoke faster. There are hundreds of torches available so it took awhile to read the descriptions and reviews of many, until I came across this Coylbod version. This torch is truly amazing. It has a much stronger flame on its high setting than anything I've seen before, including the utility torches I've bought for my workshop. This thing is like a small flamethrower it has such a good flame. But it can also be tamed down if you want a smaller flame. On medium it flames the wood chips in my bourbon smoker perfectly, regardless of moisture content and forces the smoke into the tumbler below with much more vigour than the poor torch that came with my kit. I don't know if I will ever need the rotating feature of the head, but it is a nice extra. It fits really nicely in the hand, and the flame size is easily adjustable, and can be locked in the "ON" position if you are doing a long burn, or need to use it in a hands-free fashion. If you are looking for a great butane torch, look no further than this Coylbod. I hope it lasts a long time. It seems well made, and feels well made in use. If it does fail for some reason (as butane appliances have a tendency to do), or if I need another shop torch, I'll be coming back here and looking for another of these. Check out some of the videos produced by other reviewers as they show how good the flame on this one is, and helped me make my decision to try this one. It's no exaggeration that this thing kicks other torches' butts. I highly recommend this item and the supplier.

Works great for a week, but doesnt fill right, the tips are not correct ones in the bag to empty the torch and barely any butane tips work...worse you can barely turn down the flame and after a week it is sparking and turning into a blue flame that ignites quick and large

First off this will be about my 15/20th butane torch’s I e purchased over the years , I use them alot , from soldering , heat shrink , heating and bending steal etc , I build Harley motorcycles for drag racing, I’ve bought torches from my local 7/11, Canadian tire etc. also about 4 or 5 from here , I’ve never had one torch that did the best for everything, this torch sparks up and runs on first pull of the switch, even on the lowest setting it produces a very hot flame , I use the hi setting when iam bending steel rod, sheet metal , unloosing nuts and bolts , etc etc etc , it feels great in your hand as well a clear for me the head can tilt so I can get into tighter areas , use it as a soldering pen , it’s just built heavy duty, as soon as it’s in your hand you will know what I mean , so if your wanting a butane torches that can surpass all the other ones out there please give this a try first , it truly is so much better than those corner store butanes !,

really nice torch, use it for electrical at work, like the moveable nozzle helps to get into tighter spots. works well and holds a fair bit of butane
