Easy way to create a 2.4g network for smart devices
Low-cost and easy solution to transition my numerous smart plugs and switches to a new fiber optic home network. Unknown to me my new fibee optic service doesn't support a 2.4g home network. I'm a smart house and was really in a bind until I found this low cost device that enabled me to create a separate 2.4g network supported by the fiber optic network. Frankly this fast paced tech stuff overwhelms me, but this simple router was so easy to install and use. And after a few dumb days of no smart devices I'm back to being a smart home again!

Wanted to love it.
Just really a pain to use. The wifi simply doesn't work. Had to force it to channel 11. Now it lags like crazy and cuts out a ton. I've already thoroughly troubleshoot it for weeks. Nothing fixes it. It's just a bad router.

Update. Check bottom of previous review
Wanted to set this up in my shop for a better WIFI signal for my phone, but after running an ethernet cable from house to shop and setting everything up my phone could not find ANY WIFI signal. Even after resetting the router several times. It also slowed my computer down so bad that I had to disconnect this POS. How can you set up this router when the WIFI is useless???? The setup instructions are minimal, at best, and there is nothing in it for troubleshooting, or even a website to get help. Chinese craftsmanship at it's best???? GARBAGE!!! Update. Amazon replaced the first one and the new one works great. Was easy to set up and it produces a very good signal in my shop, and a decent signal on the outside. THANK YOU Amazon!!!
