I should have tested it first but opening it for the first time I discovered a split in the translucent material about 3/16" long at a point where the folds intersected. To get by I patched it with an air mattress patch I had with me only to then discover that the cap leaks while laying flat to heat. Most of the water will leak out before the water is heated. The twist valve has tabs made of thin plastic that appear fragile. I expect these would end up broken in use before long but obviously I didn't get the run time to find out. Total fail.

Excellent, well made and a good price point
Great product, well made, good materials, works well. Easy to set up and use, just buy it if your camping or for emergency shower after hurricanes .

Defective and questionable quality
I took this on a pack trip (unopened) two days after receiving. I should have tested it first but opening it for the first time I discovered a split in the translucent material about 3/16" long at a point where the folds intersected. To get by I patched it with an air mattress patch I had with me only to then discover that the cap leaks while laying flat to heat. Most of the water will leak out before the water is heated. The twist valve has tabs made of thin plastic that appear fragile. I expect these would end up broken in use before long but obviously I didn't get the run time to find out. Total fail.

Great for camping
Worked great. Water was nice and warm after leaving it in sun all morning. Hook to hang broke off but Iโm gonna fix with just rope.

Great product
An excellent product for camping, it actually works! It is super great for the outdoor lovers. It is handy and convenient to have a quick shower.

Leave it in the sun for Hot Tub water
This heats up real well. Fortunately, I like hot water so it doesn't bother me. My wife thinks it gets too hot. Usually the water temp is up over 104 degrees by the end of the day. I don't have a problem with it personally. LOL

Originally leaked but was able to fix with simple trick.
so these things only work if you fill and lay it flat face down. Ok cool. sure enough water got to 126'f. problem is most of it leaked out of the fill cap. I had started a poor review and decided to try one more thing. Applied petroleum jelly to the inner O-ring and tested again. 4 hours face down no leak. So if yours does not seal right try the petroleum jelly fix. I would prefer if these would warm up while hanging so you don't have to muscle 40lbs over your head to mount it.

buyer beware - horrible quality
We were excited to use our new Ruipoo shower on a extended camping trip. After two days without a shower, we filled up the shower for the first time. The cheap nylon handle ripped out when I went to lift it. Then the bag hit the ground from a height of only one foot and burst open like a water balloon. The nylon handle was so thin and cheaply made, I am not sure how they thought it could hold a bag full of water. And for the seam of the bag to split so easily, I am uncertain how anyone has used these things. Highly recommend buying a different brand. Should have gone to REI and bought a quality product instead of relying on Amazon.
