Burner knob wasn't glued properly
The top shell for one knob was not properly glued and it came off right after the unboxing which is surprising for high end quality marketed product but overall elegance wise its a good burner

Faber is a good brand, highly recommend, but service is too too too much poor. They call only for formalities Blame game Means no discipline, no professional callers - my personal advice not only Faber but others tooโฆ Service team must be cooperative
