Amazing product, one the most completed and effective that I tried. I’ve been suffering from acne since I was 17y old, I do also have fibroids in my boobs and uterus due to estrogen dominance. I’m 30 now and still dealing with these issues. I tried other supplements but I didn’t see any difference. On September 2025 my acne got worse, I didn’t have my period like 3 months (something that never happened before) and it turned out that it was bc one the fibroids got bigger and grew into the tissue and that made my period disappear. So I found this on Amazon and I have been taking around 4 months with discipline and my period has come back, my acne is so so much better, my acne was big cystic acne on the chin and chicks, I don’t have that anymore. My mood is so much better now, less anxious than before taking it. I’ll continue taking them to see if it helps w fibroids or at least to keep them from getting bigger. I’m writing this from my husband account btw :D

This has been working great for me so far even though it has only been 4 days. I have lost two pounds since starting and, thanks to the ashwagandha, I feel less anxiety. I am taking it twice a day and have had no negative side effects. I am hopeful that this will continue to help with the MCAS I am being treated for.

I haven't had my period for 3 YEARS. I didn’t want to go on birth control, I wanted to do it the natural way. I went through MANY pills trying to find the best ones that worked for me. This is my second bottle after being consistent & I FINALLY had my period. I can’t believe it. Although, I’m in extreme pain from the years of back up, I’m just glad it’s coming out. I do take other pills to help since I have PCOS but do what’s best for you and your body. I 100% recommend other PCOS girlies to try it out!

Great supplement! Easy to take and I like that it combines inositol with vitamins for complete hormone support. I’ve noticed better energy and balance already. Took off one star only because results take time, but overall very happy with it so far!

I don’t really write review but with this I will. I have pcos I haven’t had my period since November 2025. I bought these pills and started taken two at dinner April 23. Well I got my period yesterday may 2. It’s super heavy which I am happy about I know weirdright? lol but I know now my lining is getting thin and my body is cleaning out. No side effects I was emotional the day before but I lost 3 important ppl my life last year so I always cry did not Think of it as a sign period. Super happy with this

Love this supplement. I like when my supplements are combined together so I'm not taking 15 pills. This one gives me exactly what I need to support my hormones and help with my insulin resistantance. I take 2 in the AM with breakfast and 2 in the PM with dinner. I have a very sensitive stomach and these vitamins don't make me nauseous at all. Overall highly recommend.

Hoping this helps with PCOS and fertility! Easy to swallow with no gross taste :)

So far great, less bloated and I can tell my face is smaller. More energy than before. Make sure to take with food in the stomach and stay hydrated.
