This is an alternative to peeling and wasting limes and money. I used to buy the limes but they seem to go dry after a week or so having to throw them away. The flavor and ease of use and quality as well as saving more time to do other things outside the kitchen, this is heaven for me. I do like to cook with limes, lemons, and other herbs that bring flavor and can be use as meat tenderizers. Nothing goes to waste using natural products and they are somewhat priced fairly. I enjoy citrus in about everything I cook! A hint of natural products is a blessing to the food we eat daily. I love citrus.

I had never tried this product before. I only recently learned about it from an Old's Cool Kevmo video by Kevin Ashton. He was using it to season a chicken dish that he was preparing, and he held the bottle up to the camera and recommended it. I was intrigued. I ordered it. I tried it. And Kevin was right. I like it! This stuff is good. A concentrated, zippy lime flavor that adds that nice citrus tang and lime flavor to your dishes. I'm having fun experimenting putting in different foods - even things you wouldn't necessarily normally consider adding it to. I've had some pleasant surprises! Good product. I recommend it.

The product is excellent. Super in all respects and I will be ordering more when this runs out. However, as with several other reviews, mine came with the seal only glued about a half inch and the bottle was only a bit over half full. Had I not read other reviews noting this, I may have tossed it out thinking that it had been tampered with. I didn’t weigh it but it appears to be the 4 ounce it is represented to be but it sure feels icky to get a half-full bottle delivered. So, I would recommend the manufacturer either get a smaller bottle or fill this size and charge more or disclose in the description that it will arrive only half full and that’s because they are trying to use up a bunch of old bottles. But I really like the product. 5 stars to it.

This is a lovely addition to my spice collection. Not super limey, but nice and balanced. I love it and i put it on even my refried beans for that little lime kick

I bought the larger size as I want it for tea. I'm very pleased with it and it makes good iced tea. It makes tea which tastes like the Numi dry desert lime, but is much cheaper. Plus I can use it for cooking so it is a dual purpose item.

I bought this to replicate a paprika/lime seasoning I tried. It is very good, but doesn't have the punch of lime I was looking for.

The best quality brand name in the world! Great!!

Bitter...oh, so bitter. Not a substitute for the whole dried lime. Had to give it away.
