Stopped my Hot Flashes
I am at the beginning stage of "the change" and was having intermittent hot flashes during the day. After only 3 days of use, I haven't had anymore. Easy to apply to my wrists. No smell, smooth texture. So far I am impressed with the quality and effectiveness. No side effects that I have noticed. Seems high quality for price. No mood changes noticed.

I keep around if I feel my temperature in my head pops. I have a pellet in my buttcheek to help w all my hormones . It calms me when needed. N it possibly just might be the lavender in it. Smells nice, only used a small dab on wrist Update: I asked my biote doc about this, she stated testosterone derives from it, & to use sparingly If u guys are looking for hormone relief look into dhea as well. Low dose 5-10

A doctor had recommended this product to me so I tried to use it. I have horrible hot flashes going through menopause.

It's easy to use, Clear instructions pleasant smell & good price
Got a 4 old jar. The jar is plastic.It has an earthy light floral organic scent. The cream is a light coral color almost reminds me of the color of Creamsicle. It's very thin lotion, not thick. It's not watery, but it's thin. Applications you alternate between where you are rubbing it. First on your wrist, your neck, your sides then your abdomen. So every other time you put it on you alternate in different spots. It is made with all natural organic gradients. It is made in Saint Petersburg, Florida USA. It gives you instructions of how to use it. It has a safety seal of plastic around the outer tin lid. But when you take the tin lid off, there was no safety Seal covering before you get to the product. I will let you know an update after a few weeks of using the product. How it goes. But I've heard a lot of good things about using this organic Wild Yams/ an herbs. It was at an excellent price! Went on Smoothly. I had no itching or rashes it did not irritate my skin in any way. I had no bad side effects From this product.
