Absolutely loving this cast iron kadai! We transitioned from Teflon for health reasons, and this has been a perfect replacement. It's an ideal size for our family of four, making everyday cooking a breeze. The quality of the cast iron is top-notch, and the lid fits snugly, which is a big plus. If you're looking for a healthy and durable cooking option, this is it!

This is good. I hesitate buying post reading review but we should know Cast Iron need care post cooking to keep without rust, if one can't maintain then it's not issue with Kadai, it's issue of knowledge on how to use it.

⭐ 1 Star – Extremely Disappointed, Complete Waste of Money I rarely leave negative reviews, but this product deserves an honest review so that other customers can make an informed decision before spending their hard-earned money. I purchased this kadai for approximately ₹1500, expecting a durable, high-quality product that would last for years. Unfortunately, my experience has been the exact opposite. The most shocking part is that after just ONE use, the kadai started looking old, burnt, and heavily worn out. The exterior turned black and now looks like a utensil that has been sitting in a kitchen for years rather than a brand-new product. When I first noticed the condition after cooking, I genuinely thought something had gone wrong because no normal, good-quality kadai should deteriorate in appearance after a single use. For a product in this price range, I expected much better quality control, finishing, and durability. A ₹1500 kadai should not lose its appearance immediately after being used as intended. The product shown in the listing appears premium, but the actual performance and quality are extremely disappointing. What makes this even more frustrating is that I followed normal cooking practices and did not misuse the product in any way. Despite that, the kadai's appearance changed drastically after the very first use. It now looks unattractive and worn out, making it difficult to believe that it is practically new. I feel completely misled by the quality of this product. Had I known that it would look this bad after one use, I would never have purchased it. There are many cheaper options available in the market that perform better and maintain their appearance longer than this one. This purchase has been a huge disappointment and does not justify its price at all. I expected a premium cooking utensil but received something that failed to meet even basic expectations. The product quality, finish, and overall value for money are far below what customers should receive at this price point. I strongly recommend that potential buyers think carefully before purchasing this kadai. Based on my experience, it is not worth the money, and I regret spending ₹1500 on it. Very disappointed with the quality and overall experience.

To maintain it's little bit difficult for quick rusting, but traditional indian cuisine mainly depends on heat containts with heavy bottom utensils, not on high temperature, for slow cooking, its good, size & finishing with glass lid. I also wonder for C I pressure cooker for above 30 cms diameter. 🤔

Heavy kadai which retains heat for a long time. Cooks faster, saves gas. Don't forget to oil it after use to avoid it from rusting.

I have been using this kadahi. It cooks very well and I love to cook at this vessel. The food also tastes good because of it's iron constitute.
