I notice a slight difference but take consistently. I missed a morning and drank coffee, instantly reverted back to anxious and unable to focus. Update: I changed from 4 to 5 stars because I am noticing a big change in myself. This, and I stopped drinking coffee, started walking/jogging. I take two in the morning before work and I’m mellow all day, no stress - very weird.
