This product is well made. The case and back rest feel sturdy, the buttons snap nicely and feel secure, and the keyboard and mouse pad are responsive. I definitely preferred it over Samsung's keyboard cases, but here is a more detailed comparison. This case: - Better value for the money. - Offers much better protection, including camera lens, corner, and sidewall protection. - Has a backlit keyboard. - More stable and versatile back rest. - Has securely attached handles. Samsung's official keyboard cases: - Doesn't have to connect via Bluetooth. - Doesn't need to be charged. - Has tablet-specific buttons like AI and Dex. - Doesn't inhibit the SPen magnet on the sidewall of the device (because sidewalls are unprotected). - Better SPen protection on the back of the tablet. - Lightweight.

This product is decent; I concur with others who indicated they wished the trackpad area was reduced, as I often accidentally touch it while typing or just resting my hands. The quality seems decent at first, but the slider that protects the camera came off within a few months of purchase. I've had this about 9 months now, and one of the buttons that connects the keyboard to the tablet cover has broken. I was otherwise satisfied with features like the convenient handle for carrying and the slot in the front for keeping the S-Pen handy. Additionally, the keyboard typically connects quickly and the response while typing yields no discernable lag.

Its an awesome case first and foremost. the materials are quality and the device is well protected. The keyboard works flawlessly and the trackpad has 99% of the features I was looking for. Incredibly happy I found this case/keyboard!

Absolutely horrible company. The warranty is an absolute joke. Over $100 for this case and I had a key fall off less than a year old. Been trying for over a month to get it warrantied and can't get any response. The website just has a generic ai that tells you your case is escalated and someone will response immediately. No one does. Buy a case from a reputable company. This one clearly isn't one

This is a great case. Sturdy handle ensures easy to carry and eliminates accidental drops which have happened with some of my previous tablets. The keyboard is nice, but I only use it when doing a lot of typing. I has one of the key caps fall off within the first few months. I contacted support and they were going to send me a replacement cap with instructions on how to replace it. Instead I received the entire keyboard again. I prefer that anyway. There are two things about this that annoy me. 1: Latency. I want to start typing, and the keyboard doesn't respond until several keystrokes later requiring I start over again. 2: The touchpad wreaks havoc on behavior. I tried finding ways to disable te trackpad, but none of the keystrokes I found worked on my keyboard. What did seem to work for me was hitting FN and ALT key. This appears to have disabled the trackpad. Hitting it again will enable it. Knock on wood that it's not just a fluke.

Fits perfectly. Easy carry handles. No modification needed. Sturdy and not cheaply made product.

This case has so much potential. Great for regular day to day protection. The biggest fallback to it is the trackpad. The trackpad is very glitchy, which makes for bad functionality for the most part. It glitches out and pops up on another part of the screen randomly. It to the point where I have to use a Bluetooth mouse to accompany the case. At the time of realizing the glitch, I was already passed the return window. I don’t know if these come with warranties or not. Definitely within my year warranty if that is a thing with this product. Rating it 2.5 stars. If they can fix this then I will edit my review.

This is awesome for my S9 Ultra. Super responsive, holds a charge well, protective, simply a great purchase for the tablet!
