Bad coconut no growth

The coconut arrived. It did not have any sprouting after a month so I sent it back. I haven’t received confirmation that you received it, and I I requested a replacement coconut be sent.

Horrible product!
Wasted my money! Can’t believe Amazon! I spend money with them weekly and for them to sent this crap. Nothing like the photo!

It was not a plant, more. Like a whole brown coconut. You could hear the coconut water in it. We still planted it, it's gonna take a long while for it to come up if it does
