I’m not a health or diet expert. I’m seeing great results with low effort, but have made a number of dietary changes along with taking a few Thorne products. They were recommended to me and I have nothing bad to say about any of them. I’ve had no relatable side effects, they smell and taste fine, don’t seem overly expensive for what seems to be a premium product, and assume they are effective as I’m seeing results. I’ll continue to buy these.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but I felt this needed one. This product was expensive and did not do what it claimed. I experienced noticeable negative side effects that ultimately led me to discontinue use. For the price, I expected much better results.
