Review: Well...they sprouted! - I planted these pretty densely in two separate but identical containers. They both sprouted really nicely, until rabbits got my seedlings on one. They are obviously not flowering yet, but they look like they're thriving and healthy. Review: Big disappointment - The plants grew. All summer they grew. They reached over 6 feet. Finally in the fall they formed flower buds. What a disappointment when flowers opened. They were golf ball sized flowers and all a pale pink. They did not fully open. I have 12 plants. I expected huge flowers and many colors. You would expect at least one plant would perform as advertised

Big and beautiful
I had low expectations based on previous reviews. But I finally got one of my seedlings to live long enough to bloom and it's gorgeous. And most of the seeds I planted previously did sprout, I just didn't do a good job of taking care of the seedlings once I got it going until this one. It bloomed today and I'm so happy, there's 2 more buds ready to bloom too! I thought it would be more of a bush like plant but it's more of a stalk. To get my seeds to sprout I used a metal file to scrape the sides, let it soak in water over night (if it sinks it's probably a good seed, if it floats it's probably a bad seed), and planted. This one I started early indoors in like winter. I suggest starting early, it took awhile to grow big and strong. The seedlings are easy to kill... Also, rotate every once in a while. This one ended up bending out towards the sun from my balcony so it's got a bit of an L-shape at the base. I can't wait to grow more of the seeds next winter to see if there is actually any variety at all to the seeds.

Very few germinating seeds
First time online seed buyer. I received 200 seeds. No planting or care instructions. I online searched how to properly plant Hibiscus seeds. I soaked them overnight, saw some of the seeds germinating, planted all 200, half in Miracle-Gro potting soil and the other half in Jiffy natural & organic seed starting mix. Was extremely disappointed when only 10 seedlings emerged. However now about 50 have started to come through the soil.. It has been two weeks and I still am unsure if I would purchase again or not. Will keep updating

I received the pack of seeds, soaked them overnight ...
I received the pack of seeds, soaked them overnight, and planted a few seeds each in 32 little pots. (pictured) in a few days, my pots were bursting with little seedlings. Once they grew big enough, I repotted them into bigger pots (in about a month). Well here they are today...doing very well, and getting very large. I think every seed must have sprouted! UPDATE - since I live in a climate with winter - I cut back all these little plants last fall and brought them inside to winter over. I brought them back out in the spring this year for them to continue grow...and at this time (a year later from seed, to seedlings, to young plants to cut back, to regrowth...they have formed numerous buds) I added pictures to show the forming buds - I am so excited waiting for these flowers to open!)

Very disappointed.
Out of 20 seeds planted, I had 1 plant survive and is thriving. However, it is not the type of hibiscus pictured, at all!! It is more of a pink colored Mallow, which is in the hibiscus family. Although I have a pretty Mallow now, I'm very disappointed I didn't receive what I ordered!!

Jury still out but they germinate . Good enough for me .
I didn’t count but it looks like there around 200 seeds. Not all them germinated, that’s to be expected from seeds occasionally . I have no idea if this colorful as they are not provided picture I’ll let you know in a year or two when they are old enough to bloom .
