Solid Manual EF to Sony E Adapter with Tight Fit
I purchased this Fotasy Canon EF to Sony E-mount adapter in 2021 and it’s still working well. I’ve used it with my Sony a6100 and Sony a7III, and the fit has been solid on both the camera and lens. There’s no wobble or looseness, which is important when adapting heavier lenses like mi 70mm to 300mm. Build quality feels sturdy and the metal mount holds up well over time. Since it’s a fully manual adapter, there are no electronic contacts, so focus and exposure have to be adjusted manually. That’s expected for this type of adapter, and it works fine if you’re comfortable shooting manually and have present that Speed of autofocus will not work. very light Weight. Pros: • Solid metal construction • Tight fit with no jiggle • Works well with multiple Sony E-mount cameras • Simple and easy to use • Good value for the price Cons: • No electronic communication • Manual focus and exposure only • EF lenses stay wide open without manual aperture control Conclusion: This Fotasy adapter is a dependable option for mounting Canon EF lenses on Sony E-mount cameras if you’re comfortable working manually. It’s well built, fits securely, and offers a good budget-friendly way to use existing lenses on Sony bodies.

Fits well with Canon Lenses and Sony mount
Though this is just an adaptor without any electronics, it does fit well between my Sony cameras (A7iii and A7C) and canon L lenses that i own. You have to adjust focus manually, ideal for either fixed object video, or simple photo shoot where you have to achieve focus manually.

Does what it says.
Adaptor does exactly what it claims to do. I use it with my Sony a7r and Canon ef 24-105 f/4L.

Hard to remove! Might ruin a lens
Used it once, works but now is stuck on the lens and can't get it out! I would not recommend it. I don't know if there is a customer support for this but can't find it.
