Absolutely amazing scooter
Absolutely amazing scooter! My daughter is so happy — she rides it every day and doesn’t want to get off. The LED wheels light up beautifully and make it look really cool, especially in the evening. The pink color and design are very stylish and fun for kids. It feels very stable and safe thanks to the wide base and three-wheel design, which gave me confidence as a parent. The speed is perfect for kids — not too fast, but still exciting. The build quality is solid, and everything feels durable and well-made. Battery life is good and lasts long enough for daily rides. It was also easy to set up right out of the box. Great combination of safety, quality, and fun. Definitely worth it — highly recommend!

Great scooter for kids!
Great scooter for kids! It was easy to assemble, feels sturdy, and the light-up wheels are a fun touch. My child loves riding it every day. The adjustable handlebar is helpful as they grow. Smooth ride, good battery life, and overall a very enjoyable purchase.

Works, but completely unrepairable on even super-trivial minor issues
Scooter itself: nice, most of the time no complaints, everything makes sense. 28 mile range is a lie of course (i got the 28 mile range model), never got past 15 miles range in the best conditions. But, I figured by now, they all lie, so no biggie on that one. After about 6 months takes longer to charge. Doesn't charge fully as fast as before. Rear mudguard/fender is *terrible*: it's a flimsy piece of plastic that is relied upon to carry the scooter when folded, so the whole fender quite predictably snapped off on month 7. I mean, who makes decorative flimsy fender a hook-up to carry the whole weight of the scooter? The fender is basically designed to break and snap off shortly after purchase. The worst part: repairability of this scooter is absolute zero. No official or unofficial parts anywhere. All shops refuse to deal with this scooter. Even if you manage to find some parts that might fit, the whole thing is sealed with glue sealant inside, so even for something as minor as changing a taillight, impossible! you are expected to throw away this scooter and buy a new one even if a small part of it cracks or goes out. It's impossible to do even very minor repairs by design, even if you manage to find any parts anywhere.

Perfect Electric Scooter for Kids – Fun, Safe, and Easy to Use!
This electric scooter is absolutely perfect for kids! The speed is just right for safety, and the three-speed option makes it easy for children to learn and gain confidence. The LED display is a great feature, and the scooter feels sturdy and well-made. My child loves riding it, and the battery life is very good for daily use. Assembly was simple and quick. Overall, this is an excellent purchase and a great value for the price. Highly recommended!

100% satisfied
Exceeded expectations. I am 175 lbs and figured it would get about 10 miles of range on a charge with me on it. Tested it out on the bike path and made it 20 miles and it hadn’t hit the last bar yet (each bar sees to drop faster than the last so I bet I still had around 4-5 miles of range before empty). NOTE: I was in eco mode the whole time, on a level bike path, and only did occasional starts and stops. I’m sure that if you use a faster mode, go up more hills, or are frequently stopped and accelerating the battery will drain much faster. Eco mode topped out at 7mph for me and was pretty sluggish getting there, however it was a perfect cruising speed. I would bump it up to the next mode for crossing intersections or going up hills, but for flat land, eco mode was perfect. Also as others have said, the breaks are not great. Another reason I only use it in eco mode. Anything above 7 mph and the stopping distance is comical. It lost one star because of that. It’s a scooter though… if you want to go faster, buy an elect bike with better brakes, better suspension, larger tires that can handle bumps and potholes, and wear proper gear. E-scooters have tiny tires. You hit a pothole on that thing going 20mph and you are going to have a really bad time. This thing is a perfect cruiser. Eco mode will get you where you need to go. It will also allow you to stop quickly. It’s also slow enough to use on a busier sidewalk without freaking people out. With all that in mind, it is well worth the price!

The lights on the wheels are a fun touch and make it even more exciting to ride.
As a single mom, I’m always looking for products that are safe, fun, and easy to use for my child. This scooter has been a fantastic purchase. It was very easy to set up, and my child absolutely loves it. The lights on the wheels are a fun touch and make it even more exciting to ride. I really appreciate how sturdy and well-built it feels, which gives me peace of mind when my child is using it. The adjustable handlebar is great because it can grow with my child, and the ride is smooth and stable. It’s been a great way to get my child outside and active. Overall, this scooter has brought so much joy to our daily routine.

Good scooter for the money, excellent customer service!
This is not the review I had planed to write a few weeks ago. I had an issue with my scooter's brakes in less than 90 days from the date of purchase and it took some back and forth negotiating over a week or two because of the time delays in the Amazon messaging system but Volpam stood behind it and resolved my issue. I had planned to leave a negative review but their customer service was excellent and I have to give them credit for that in a day and age when most companies just want your money. I bought the 500watt motor and this was my second scooter, the first being a 350 watt. I definitely would tell a new buyer to start smaller as it was a great opportunity to learn to ride and gain a good comfort level. The first time I got on this one and gave it some power, it toook off with force that the 350 didn't have and I was happy to know how to respond. First and foremost, however, is you NEED a helmet. I was hit on my first scooter as we were both coming to a stop sign and going about 5 miles per hour. I sustained a pretty nasty head injury in the fall and it could have been avoided by wearing a helmet. As a 50-something year old guy you would think I would know better but I still thought I was invincible and didn't need one. Now I won't leave home without it. And simply put, travelling 22 mph on asphalt without a helmet is just plain a bad idea. I chose one that has a rechargable rear light that flashes in several modes but Amazon has some really cool ones that had LED displays, turn signals, blue tooth, and even ones that have crash detection and can call for help and give your coordinates. The 500 watt scooter has good power, excellent battery life, feels sturdy, and is a good value for the price. I recently moved to an area with a lot of hills and it even handles those pretty well although it does slow down to about 11 MPH on some of the steepest ones. I'm 5'11, 200# and it is capable of easily acheiving 22mph on flat terrain. The last thing I would add is check the laws in your state. Here in CA you can't ride on the sidewalk and if I read it right, you are supposed to stay below 6mph around pedestrians. There are several other laws in the cal vehicle code relating to scooters and you can actually be ticketed for speeding on them if you violate the CVC. Happy riding!

Great Scooter, just 2 issues.
Great scooter, but the charger we received with it was defective, and will not charge unless you wiggle it around just right. Also, the rear fender and brake light assembly snaps off very easily bc it has no support brackets whatsoever... just 2 bolts to fasten it down. I will give it a 5-star review if they make it right for these 2 particular issues I've brought to their attention (on March 14th 2026). Scooter was purchased in Nov. of 25 (less than 6 mos ago).
