This shampoo has a very liquid consistency but it lathers up well. I use it daily and it keeps my hair soft and moisturized. Love that the ingredients are all natural and have a high score on Yuka. Although it says “fragrance free” it does smell like lavender since thats one of the ingredients in it.

I like this brand so I got this one too to try. this one is very thin though like it's watered down. tingles the scalp like tea tree or mint but I don't think it has that in it and smells like nothing strong. very faint smell. does not break out my sensitive scalp and doesn't leave hair greasy. I don't need much conditioner after using either so doesn't strip hair.

Pros- the smell is great, it's blue, and the pump top works great! Cons- it doesn't lather well even on clean hair, you use a lot of shampoo because it doesn't dispers well through out your hair. Leaves you wondering if my scalp and hair getting cleaned. I'm a licensed cosmetologist of 20 + years. I have used a ton of professional and over the counter shampoos. I would not recommend this specific shampoo to anyone.

This is my favorite. I shop at Sephora all the time but this stuff is better than all of their products like dae amika oui etc. I have tried like every single one hundreds of dollars wasted there, there nothing works like this does. Price is perfect. I really hope that never changes. Helps with my dry flakes doesn’t completely rid of them but no more itchy scalp. The pump was hard to get to pop but took me about 10-20 mins but could be user error. I have lost a lot of hair since my two kids and tried everything but I loose less hair with this then most Sephora brands. I appreciate that it’s not really scented smells clean and nice as I have very sensitive skin. Reference I have auburn ginger, barely wavey straight hair, super pale. Postpartum hair lost was personally improved.

It is very nice and gentle. I have sjogrens and autoimmune disease that makes my scalp burn and very sensitive. This did not irritate at all and left my hair soft. My only concern was that it is extremely watery. It looks like blue water and runs right off my hand when I dispense with the pump. It seems watered down. There is no safety shield on top because of the pump, and that was my only concern. It just seems like it should be a little thicker. I use about 4-5 pumps to get it to cover my hair and lather. It seems wasteful. Otherwise, it is a gentle product for sensitive hair.

It's light and lathers OK. The consistency is like water; needs to be thicker. Hair is soft, but feels like there's a residue left on your hair after it dries.

I have a very sensitive scalp and a lot of products I’ve tried leave red patches and make me itchy. I have tried so many different shampoos all with the same results. This shampoo is the first I’ve tried that doesn’t make my scalp itchy, and the red patches have almost gone away. It’s very effective and helping to heal my scalp. And it be fragrance is a huge plus. I add YL lavender and rosemary EO to it for my liking. My hair is a1-b2. Some of its fine and straight, other areas are wirey and coily. Even without using the conditioner (which I also am in love with) my hair doesn’t tangle and I can go a couple days not washing and it’s still not greasy. Also, a lot of reviews said the pump was broken when they got it, mine came all in tact.

I was disappointed as this was highly rated on a website. Yes, environmentally friendly. That’s important to me, but it is so watered down that it squirted right in my eyes when I first attempted to pump it in my hand while in the shower. Going to have to mix it with something thicker. Too expensive to dispose of.
