It was horrible. No instructions on how to enter the date. Worst purchase.

Difficult to attach to upper arm if youre alone.
If you live alone, as I do, you may have trouble getting the arm band attached to your upper arm. Its not as easy as youd think using only 1 hand. and I tried over and over and would rarely get a reading. It usually would stop in the middle , saying its not attached properly....returned it
