UPDATE: The seller messaged me immediately and offered me a full refund. As I mentioned previously, I've used Lakanto products before and this was the first time I wasn't satisfied with a product. The customer service alone deserves 5 *'s. Maybe my particular bottle was off. I would be willing to give the company another chance.Mostly flavorless. I’ve had monk fruit products before, and I’ve loved them. But it seems recently more Lakanto products are losing their sweet benefit. When I say that, I mean, I have to use double the product in order to have a little bit of a sweet taste. The hibiscus flavor is very light. You have to use quite a bit of it to taste it. It smells like a lightly flavored syrup. The consistency is very watery despite being a syrup. It’s cheap for a reason. Not to mention it’s unreturnable. I’m not very happy with it at all.

Big fan of the Lecanto products and Amazon was one of the least expensive places to be able to buy a single item. Use this in homemade coffee creamer and iced tea. Good price for this product.

I love this is put it in my sprite. Its delicious. I kinda got the idea from a chicken place im sure im missing another flavor but thas ok.
