Clarisonic Mia 2, Sonic Facial Cleansing Brush System, Lavander

Stopped working after 2 months for no reason. Wouldn’t hold a charge those two months and then just stopped working. I had one of these that lasted for 2 years before this? Did I get a faulty one? Money down the drain.

I am changing my evaluation of this product to zero stars. After 45 days of use the product has failed. The specific problem was the product would not recharge. In speaking with Amazon Customer Service, the Amazon representative acknowledged that other customers have experienced the same problem but he indicated that Amazon does not have a separate policy for defective products that fail beyond the 30-day warranty. This admission demonstrates that Amazon knowingly shipped a defective product and continues to offer this product.

I paid over $100 for the Clarisonic and it stopped working after a few months. It was beyond the return window so I am out the money. The one I bought before this also broke after about 6 months. Terrible unreliable product.

I just replaced my old Mia after having it for 20+ years! My old one wasn't keeping a charge and I hadn't used it for a few weeks and started noticing how dirty my face was and I was having more breakouts. I am excited to have a new one with a lasting charge! My skin is thanking me!

Ordered one, it was defective, would not turn on unless the on button was pressed several times. When using the brush, I used it until it turned off after finishing the cycle, but then it would turn on by itself randomly, sometimes in the middle of the night. I requested and received a replacement. The replacement worked as expected until it needed to be recharged. It will not recharge. It appears Amazon is selling defective products. I have been using this product for years and it's the first time I have had an issue. I do not recommend buying this from Amazon.

I had a Mia 1 and loved it. I got used to my skin being smooth and clean. I put a dab of Philosophy facial cleanser on the brush. It doesn’t spatter all over the way some of these scrubbers can. When I’m done I simply rinse the brush out well and set it to dry. I don’t use the other speeds on it- just the slow one. It’s easy to use.

Right now I want to give it a zero rating. I bought this Clarisonic unit June 7, 2025. It died on me yesterday, May 29, 2026. Mind you, I didn’t use it for six months as I was away. Thankfully, I still have my original Clarisonic that I purchased at least twelve years ago. Bought this new one for peace of mind and was going to use the original for backup when the new one was charging. I gave the item three stars as I love the product when it is able to be used.

My son purchased this for me as a Mother's Day gift in 2025. It completely stopped working in early October, effectively lasting only 5 months. The first Clarisonic I ever owned lasted longer than 5 years, and possibly closer to 10 years! Not sure what went wrong with this one, but I'm extremely disappointed as it doesn't seem there is anything I can do to replace it (through Amazon). Clarisonic went out of business but I thought Amazon would back their purchases better :(
