It is very easy to setup. I doubt it can be easier then this. It is bulky, but since it is meant to retrofit almost any lock, that is not an issue. Just be aware the inside unit is bulky and may not meet your beauty standards. That being said, it works amazing, it is reasonable silent for such a big mechanism, super easy to install and setup through the app is a breeze. The app has almost everything you need (I think it lacks some features, but none super important. Just some nice to have things like temporary suspension of a user - but it has temporary access and one time access features). The outside keypad is a complete separated unit, it is also Bluetooth with great range (I can check it on my phone app about 8 metres away inside my unit). It talks directly to the lock. The fingerprint is so convenient. The mini hub is totally optional. It works great if you need remote control of the device (like checking logs, assign new temporary passwords). If doing stuff while in Bluetooth range, the mini hub is not necessary. I highly recommend this product for retrofit or if one doesn't want/can't change anything to the existing door/lock.

This worked perfectly. I read a few comments that said the double-sided tape was no good. If you prepare the surface correctly (clean and then dry with a clean cloth, and then repeat) a solid bonding occurs. This worked perfectly for our office, where we could not remove our existing lock.

Unexpected great product! Was recommended by friends but was little hesitant as the product is relatively new to US market. While I do get why it stands out after using it on my own. It’s super easy to install and work right out the box. I spent only around 20 mins to set it up from scratch. All the materials are in high qualities instead of those cheap plastics, including the accessories. It has pretty good integration with the mobile app and the user experience is pretty smooth and straightforward. It covers all the features you need, including remote lock, schedule lock and notifications. There are several ways to open the door, either by traditional password, fingerprints, or additional door card that can fit into your wallet. It makes it more accessible based on different family members’ need. Overall, I think it is a really fantastic product and will probably add to the other rear door at the garage

The switchbot keypad can be set up in 2 mins but the key is you must have a Switchbot hub mini at home to unlock all the features such as Alexa or remote control. Pls be careful there are two models, one has finger print the other one does not , the price difference is about $10-$15. Good product highly recommend
