What is the retinol strength? 1%? .5%?

This product contains 0.05% retinol

Is this also good for your face too?

I only used it in my body and I didn’t find it moisturizing enough for my skin type. It says in the bottle that you can put it all over your face. I end up returning the item, the Retinol was way low on the ingredient list for my taste.

Can this be used on the face?

Yes you can apply it to your face as well. However I would follow with a moisturizer with sunscreen since the product has some Retinol. Hope this helps.
