Some people view it as a flaw, but it’s actually a natural and important sign of real, unprocessed honey. Crystallization is a mark of quality, not a defect. If anything, it confirms you're getting the real deal. Yes, some may prefer runny honey, and that’s perfectly fine but it’s important to realize that factors like weather, floral sources, and storage conditions influence texture, and these are not things any honest company can (or should) manipulate to create a uniform product. If you're new to raw honey, I’d encourage you to educate yourself before leaving negative reviews about natural processes. Quality honey isn't candy syrup -it's a living product that varies with nature, and that's what makes it so special. Highly recommended if you value authentic, raw, and truly delicious honey. First time I bought this and I really like it. Don't usually buy runny honey but this was a great purchase. Lovely flavour. Will also use for fermenting garlic. Well packaged and great value.

I have this delivered every month, its used as a replacement for sugar in Tea as well as the odd spoonful on pancakes etc and used in baking recipes by the missus. Love the taste & purity, quality is top notch. It can crystallise in colder temperatures but that is just what Honey does. Lovely texture and thickness.

Nice flavour.

I received the first order I placed with this company and I was surprised to see crystals around the top of the jar and on the lid while the honey was runny and clear which proved that the honey was crystallized and heated. After not even two weeks from delivery the honey crystallized again. Heated honey is not RAW as described by the seller.

Was wel helemaal keihard, weet eigenlijk niet of dat de bedoeling is. Maar was/is nog wel te gebruiken, voor honing vond ik de smaak vrij neutraal, niet echt een aparte of verrassende smaak. Wat je een beetje verwacht als je leest ,'rauwe biologische wilde bloemen bijenhoning'.
