This is the ninth Mould King engine I have bought and assembled in 2025. Just like all of the others the quality is great. The blocks are strong and each connection is strong and every piece was there as always for me. Even had some leftover pieces. Assembly wasn’t as challenging as some of their sets but it was fun to put together nonetheless. I like how mould king makes understanding how their engines function as you move along making it simple to explain to younger builders the mechanics of how each style engine operates. As always too the manual has large colorful pictures to make assembling each section simple and straightforward and as always at least for me, after assembly is complete the battery operated motors allow for smooth operation of the engine and it’s components to see up close how the pistons, valves and chains work together. No hand/manual cranks to make the engine turn. You will not be disappointed with how they look either once complete. They make great show pieces to show off to friends and family and strangers alike. Since assembling my first large V12 engine to this boxer engine, I always want another and I’m always looking forward to my next Mould King engine build.
