Valido sistema per evitare di assumere sempre farmaci. Ovvio che durante il periodo estivo almeno nel mio caso è poco opportuno perché scalda molto ma in modo assolutamente appropriato.

El producto llego en buen estado, va muy bien para cuando tienes dolor en las cervicales, dura como mínimo 8 horas, yo recomiendo que se pongan un pañuelo para sujetar, porque tiene para pegar, pero al dar calor sudas y se despega.

Whenever my shoulders feels stiff and I feel pain on one or both sides, this is the only thing that helps me with it. I feel relief within 1-2 hours usually. I haven't tried it over night, because it's the mornings I wake up with the pain, so I put it on for 8h. Doesn't disturb too much either and you can get on with your day and basically forget that it is there apart from the warmth that will remind you :)
