Glass noodles were okay! with all the sauces that it comes with, it tasted like mayonnaise which i personally did not like. It was very easy to make & the texture is soft, a little chewy but easy to swallow. It wasn't too spicy.

Nasty. Do not waste your money. We followed the direction on the package and the noodle still had a wired texture to it. I would not recommend this product
