This chair is incredibly comfortable and the built-in heating and massage functions make it perfect for relaxing after a long day. Assembly was straightforward, and the features work great for the price—highly recommend!

I have had arthritis for many years. This chair is stylish, sturdy and easy to assemble, with clear instructions. It is comfortable and the massage and heat features really help with my back pain. Once I figured out the settings I preferred, it only takes a few seconds on the controller to set it the way I want. So far, a great purchase at a decent price.

I love my chair, as someone with bulging disc and scoliosis along with a sitting desk job this is a big help. The foot rest is an added bonus.

While the chair itself is nice, like every new piece of furniture, something on it inevitably arrives damaged or broken. In this case, one of the sockets that attaches the arms was bent upwards, preventing us from attaching the arm. I tried hard to force the socket back down just to make it work, but I shouldn't need to do that al! I messaged the seller about this issue, and instead of offering an actual solution, they simply asked for several photos of the problem. I thought that explaining the issue would move thing along, but it didn’t seem to make a difference. Oh and the massage feature is a joke... it's just a vibrating chair .

Pésima calidad, no tiene mas de un mes que la ocupo y los reposabrazos ya se aflojaron, el colchón del asiento ya esta disparejo. No la ocupo mas de 3hr al día. Solicite reembolso y no he recibido respuesta
