Purchased it for my maid in April. Feature-wise its good 4G feature phone. However, after 1.5 months its charging port came out loose. Should have been replaced/serviced under warrantee, but Delhi's service centre at Lajpat Nagar (C-15,FF, Opp. Bikanervala,Lajpat Nagar Part-2New Delhi) told over phone that they wont provide service as it is seller's responsibility. Purchased trough Appario (Amazon). Amazon says I need to get a denial letter first from service centre for refusing service. Emailed them : no reply in 5 days. They are passing the buck on each other. Obviously I'll try to get it repaired at local repair shops, but what is the use of such brand warrantee. Nokia is no longer the Nokia of past it is now manufactured by HMD. And this was pathetic experience. Obviously I won't go through the hassle for just Rs 2K for consumer forum etc. But writing this review so that those thinking to purchase it should be beware. Even Itel brand has limited life (may be max 1 year). Cant tell about Micromax etc.

The product isnt very reliable. The OS this phone uses is half baked and very buggy. e.g. It has an option to set speed dial to text, but regardless of if you set it as speed dial to text or call, it always calls. Keypad is okay, but the actual keys are very bad. You cannot type fast as key presses in quick successions are often not detected. It is almost impossible to touch type with the T9 as we did on the actual Nokia phones. But the biggest issue of all is that it sometimes refuses to make calls. If you dial, it shows dialing, but doesn't actually dial and when this happens, if you try to disconnect, it gets stuck at 'releasing (call)'. Sometimes, when this happens, other people cant call you either. Callers will hear your phone ringing and going unanswered while you will have no ringing or missed call alert. When this happens, the only thing you can do is reboot. But the issue is that unless you were trying to call someone and detect the issue, you wont ever know this is happening and may miss important calls. Initially i thought it was an issue with the specific set, but I have tried 2 refurbished ones and am now using a new one. It's all the same.Battery life is as expected. Its very low with data turned on. Improves with data off with 4G on. And is at its best with data off with 3G or 2G mode. But the voice clarity is markedly improved with 4G. I use it with data off but 4G mode on.Also its micro USB type B not USB type C so thats unfortunate as well. It has GSPay for a non USSD UPI experience, but it is very basic and the normal *99# service is much more feature rich. Overall, the phone is okay, but I wish the software was improved.Overall, as a 4G feature phone it is a good recommendation, but that is only due to lack of decent competition. I would recommend people to get this second hand or refurbished.

Used for 2 years. Just a power socket/battery problem. Good signal and voice clarity. Some how sim slot gets disturb and shows no signal.Overall good product but a little care to handle.Good to go for it
